Search, company pages and the device-record excerpt need no account at all (Visitor view). A Free account changes what you can do: combined country / market / class filters and sorting, CSV export (100 rows per request, 100 rows per month) and a per-account rate bucket (60 requests per minute). The first 200 results are browsable. E-mail only.
Free account: 100 rows per export, 100 rows per month, first 200 results browsable. Device records are a sample of up to 8 per company per market, on company pages and here alike.
Export follows each source licence: tier A gives all fields with automatic attribution, tier B basic fields only, and tier C (Australia TGA, Hong Kong MDACS, Saudi SFDA, Singapore HSA) plus Israel AMAR give no detail rows — only counts and the official portal in the file footer.
