Most testing labs claim to test everything — surgical gowns, masks, scopes, wheelchairs, you name it. We took a different path: we test only mobility aids.
Why? Because wheelchairs are vehicles, not just devices. Electric wheelchairs need EMC immunity at 3 V/m, battery thermal abuse testing per IEC 62133, software validation per IEC 62304, and stability on 5° slopes. A generalist lab outsources half of this. We do all of it in-house.
Since 2022, we've helped 36 wheelchair products clear FDA 510(K) — that's 62.1% of all electric wheelchair K-numbers issued globally in that period.
