Terms of Service (draft)
1. Service
This site compiles public information on medical-device companies and their registrations in 14 markets. Free accounts may use basic search; paid membership entitlements, quotas and terms are defined on the pricing page and the membership agreement. No membership fees are collected through this website until the operator has obtained the required Chinese value-added telecom (ICP) licence.
2. Accounts
Register with a work e-mail; business accounts must complete verification (registration number + company-domain e-mail). Accounts are for the holder or their organisation only and may not be transferred, lent or rented. One device per seat at a time; unusual device counts or query volumes may trigger warnings and rate limits, with an e-mail appeal channel.
3. Use restrictions
The compilation is the operator's property; original licence terms per source are listed under Data sources & licences. Results may be used for your internal business only – no resale, redistribution, bulk download, scraping or re-compilation into a database for third parties. Exports carry attribution and an export identifier that must not be removed. Breach may lead to termination without refund.
4. Accuracy
Data originate from official public registers; we verify company-name matching record by record but are not responsible for the official data themselves. Counting rules differ by market. Official registers prevail; nothing here is regulatory or commercial advice. Report errors to haixiao@sungolytest.com; we respond within one business day.
5. Fees, invoices, refunds
(Effective only after the ICP licence is granted.) Prices are as published, tax inclusive; electronic VAT invoices are provided. Individual members may request a full refund within 3 days of payment if no export has been made; annual fees are otherwise non-refundable but seats may be transferred or upgraded. Digital services are not subject to 7-day no-reason returns, confirmed separately at purchase. Auto-renewal is off by default.
6. Changes and termination
Adjustments to data scope caused by changes in source licences are not a breach and will be announced on the data-sources page. You may delete your account at any time; personal data are deleted immediately, except records we must retain by law.
7. Governing law
Laws of the People's Republic of China; disputes go to the competent court at the operator's domicile.
