1. What we collect

We do not collect national ID numbers or any personal data of legal representatives or contacts; the database itself contains no personal data (see Data sources).
2. What we do not do
No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties; no automated decision-making beyond these purposes; no cross-border transfer (servers are located in mainland China).
3. Processors
E-mail/SMS providers, DingTalk notifications (if enabled), payment providers (WeChat Pay / Alipay, payment data only). Updated here when the list changes.
4. Your rights
Access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent, or close your account from the account page, or e-mail haixiao@sungolytest.com; we reply within 15 business days. Users in the EU/UK may exercise GDPR rights through the same channel.
5. Cookies
An HttpOnly secure session cookie, plus one non-credential cookie flagging login state and plan for page display. No third-party advertising cookies.
6. Security
Passwords stored as strong hashes; session tokens never logged; full audit trail of logins and exports; breach notification as required by law.
7. Minors
The service is for businesses and professionals, not for users under 18.
8. Updates and contact
